Our friends in Turkey told us 25 years ago of the faulty construction practices they witnessed in big city apartment buildings. Perhaps the sad loss of these young people will prompt further regulation and inspection in building practices county-wide to better protect the public.

Oh dear, Turkey has so much to bear lately. I'm so sorry to hear this news. It didn't even show up on International news. I'm appalled.
