An amazing shot. I feel a little dizzy! I am so enjoying Shanghai through your very special lens. Bravo.V
Initially I took this to be a moving walkway but the text indicates that I could be looking at an "outside" lift cage.Whatever it is, the photograph is a glorious study in curves and shades of grey/chrome/silver.
Strong lines, great geometry, shadows, it all works so well. I take it to be an escalator looking down but I'm not certain. Me, I prefer to ascend.
Definitely I prefer ascending. I will see many of these this summer as I travel, but most likely with lots of people on them.
