Tire

"tire" is a district of izmir province. it's one of the largest towns in the area and situated 82 km southeast of izmir. "tire's" long cultural heritage includes periods under the hittites, phrygians, lydians, persians, romans, byzantines and ottomans. the town has an attractive old quarter with many impressive examples of Islamic architecture.
kendi çevresindeki en büyük yerleşim merkezi olan "tire" ilçesi, izmir'in 82 km güneydoğusundadır. "tire'nin" zengin kültürel mirası, hitit, frikya, lidya, pers, roma, bizans ve osmanlı dönemlerini kapsar. ilçe, islam mimarisinin etkileyici bir çok örneklerini barındıran eski mahallesiyle ünlüdür.

I like the way the city rolls in levels like the mountains do. Makes me want to wander the streets. Were you standing on a mountaintop?
