I like it but I can't figure out what it is. A hand, a pole of some kind, glass(?) or perhaps water.
I suspect it is a hand cleaning the window as the title is "cleaning sky" and this is mostly what can be seen from the window.I bet he will not tell us. This is the sort of image he plays very close to the chest.Pretty good, Selim.
